In the case that you are unhappy with your goods, we will gladly offer an exchange or store credit as per the terms below. We do not issue refunds unless the item is deemed faulty.
Conditions of Returns
Returns must be made within 10 days from date of purchase.
All return requests must be sent via email to email@example.com within 48 hours of goods being delivered. We will then send you a RMA# (Returned Merchandise Authorization number) and return address. A copy of the return request must be included inside the parcel with the RMA#.
All returned items must be received back at EESOME COLLECTIVE within 5 business days of return authorisation. Items need to be unworn and/or unused, in the original packaging including tags (no visible signs of wear, including perfume, cigarette odours or make up). We reserve the right to refuse to exchange if this occurs.
We do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned (other than for faulty items). The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense for any return due to a change of mind or wrong size.
We strongly advise that returned goods are sent either by Registered Mail or Express Post. EESOME COLLECTIVE will not take responsibility for loss or damage or returned items. Please note returns can take up to 14 days to process after goods have been received.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our friendly customer team at firstname.lastname@example.org with photographic evidence of the damage or fault within 48 hours of goods being delivered.
You must send your return request within 48 hours of goods being delivered. Returns must be made within 10 days from date of purchase. Please note that original shipping charges or related expenses e.g. duties and/or import taxes will not be refunded.
All return shipping charges, Australian and International, are at the expense of the purchaser unless the product is deemed damaged or faulty.
We do not issue refunds on non-faulty items, only instore credits once your item is received back by EESOME COLLECTIVE.
In instances where you have changed your mind or would like to exchange your product for a different item, size or colour, original packaging is required. .
